Chantal is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, alumni of both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and KPMG LLP.
With 20 years experience in her field, she has held various positions in both privately traded and publicly traded entities, as well as running the Quality Control department for the audits of publicly-traded companies listed in both Canada and the USA.
Chantal has held Board positions for publicly traded entities and currently sits on the Board of Clean Seed Capital Group (CSX.V) as board member and Audit Committee Chair. She previously served as CFO for Back-In-Motion Rehab, and helped the company secure +$2,000,000 in bank financing, while doubling revenues, and increasing net margins from 5% to 20%. She also served as CFO of Alberta Star (ASX.V,) a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company.
Chantal has served as Chief Operating Officer of NYCE Sensors since September 2015 and became CEO March 1, 2017. She has been leading operations, important customer relationships and sales, financial management, and strategic planning.
Will Reishman is a 1968 graduate of The University of Notre Dame, as a Danforth Fellow. He has been in the securities industry since 1979, initially with Bache & Co, subsequently with PaineWebber, Dain Rauscher, and EuroPacific Capital, and is presently an independent Registered Investment Advisor.
He is also a General Partner of The Questus Fund, LP, specializing in identifying and funding emerging technology companies.
Mohammad is a Mechanical Engineer with 17 years of design and research and development experience in the wireless network manufacturing industry.
Mohammad received his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and his B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran.
Mohammad’s design expertise is focused on new product development, design, testing, product enhancements, material selection and stress analysis.
Mubarik has over 25 years of experience as a senior RF engineer and team lead, designing products for the telecommunications and aerospace industries. He is an acknowledged industry expert in embedded system wireless design for consumer, commercial, industrial and military/aerospace products. He has held principal roles for market leaders like ADC Telecommunications, AT&T Wireless, Motorola and Honeywell. Mubarik received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Applied Physics from the University of Punjab, Lahore and his M.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from Quaid Azam University, Islamabad.
Ricky is a Firmware Engineer with 5 years of firmware experience working with Building Automation protocol – BACnet and ZigBee protocol.
Ricky is dedicated to bring reliable and advanced Commercial Building Automation technologies to Residential users and to accelerate ZigBee wirless technology in the building and home automation world.
Ricky received his Bachelor Degree of Applied Science with Electronics specialty from Simon Fraser University in 2009.
Connie is an award-winning entrepreneur, experienced business strategist and thought leader with a special interest in innovative start-ups and sustainability issues.
Connie has been engaged to assist the Board of Directors and the CEO in setting the strategic vision, establishing corporate governance and administration, and updating the corporate vision.
